CONSCIOUS AGRICULTURE: Certified organic management with biodynamic and regenerative practices.

SOIL AND CLIMATE: Dry-farmed vineyards. Limestone soils with a loamy texture, with varying levels of clay, gravel, and shale. Continental Mediterranean climate with strong temperature contrast between day and night. Persistent westerly winds in the morning and sea breezes in the afternoon give the grapes a strong identity. Low rainfall between 230 and 395 mm in recent years.

WINEMAKING:
Virgin wine with short maceration with skins.
Varietal fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Bottled in April 2024.
Production of 13,793 bottles.
Alcohol 12.5% vol. ATT = 5.5 g/l. pH = 3.22

TASTING NOTES: Lemon yellow, clear and bright. Aromas of white fruit such as peach and pear, citrus like lemon and orange, tropical fruit like pineapple with hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and unctuous at the same time. Marked acidity that prolongs its passage through the mouth. Medium-long persistence. Creaminess and volume.
