Freshness and exoticism fused
by its crispy acidity
Macabeu, Chardonnay and Petit Manseng.
Denomination of Origin Costers del Segre, Les Garrigues.
White wine aged on its own fine lees providing an unctuous texture and highlighting the acidity and freshness of its varietals (Petit Manseng).
Tropical and exotic fruits remark this assemblage, always perfectly accomplished by the salty and mineral notes of Macabeo.
Mountain Viticulture located at an altitude between 700 and 800 metres, at the foothills of Serra de la Llena, natural border within the Priorat region and Serra del Montsant, an area of contrast between Mediterranean and Continental climate, with scarce rain average and always soft winds that guarantee healthy conditions on the vineyards. Soil structure offers a great water retention, rich in gravels and a optimum marly texture for quality viticulture. The elevation of our vineyards and the temperature contrast in Garrigues region impacts on the grape skin thickness, encouraging the concentration of anthocyanins and tannins whilst enhancing acidity and freshness.
