Freshness and exoticism with a crispy acidity
Type of wine: Virgin white wine with short skin maceration, which gives it smoothness while highlighting the natural acidity and freshness of the varieties. Tropical and white fruits complete this blend, always well-structured by marked acidity, good volume, and considerable creaminess.
Varieties: Macabeu, Albariño, and Chardonnay.
Designation of Origin: DO Costers del Segre, Les Garrigues.
Soil and climate: Dry-farmed vineyards. Limestone soils with a fine texture and varying levels of clay, gravel, and shale. Mediterranean continental climate with strong thermal contrasts between day and night. Persistent westerly winds in the morning and sea breezes in the afternoon give the grapes a strong identity.
