The winery’s bold bet on a young wine that seeks verticality and purity of the variety. No makeup, no masks. Fruit at its fullest expression. Subtly, a 4,000L French oak vat helps refine its most evocative and captivating character. Partially vinified with the whole stem.

Strawberries, currants, blackberries… sour candies and deep spices cover the broad spectrum of this wine, which honors this native variety, thanks to the singularity of Cérvoles and the mountain viticulture practiced at over 700 meters altitude.

Variety: 100% Garnacha.

Denomination of origin: DO Costers del Segre.

Altitude: Mountain viticulture at an altitude between 700 and 800 meters at the foot of the Serra de la Llena—natural border with the El Priorat region and the Montsant mountains—located in an area with a contrast between the Mediterranean and continental climates, low rainfall, and soft winds that ensure the health of the vines.

Soil: Soils with good water retention, abundant gravel, and a loamy-clay texture ideal for quality viticulture. The altitude of the vineyards and the cool nights of Les Garrigues increase the thickness of the skins, favoring the concentration of anthocyanins and tannins, while also enhancing acidity and freshness.

Pairing: We recommend “chilling” to a temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC. A good pairing with duck confit, a meat rice dish, or dishes with a sweet contrast.
